At Big Red's dog daycare and boarding facility, we enjoy "hangin with our buddies." Located here in Indian Trail, NC, Big Red's offers many different services! We have daycare "day" camps and full nightly boarding service for your pet to enjoy some vacation time while you're away! With our 23,000 sqft playground and HVAC building, you can relax knowing your furry friend is safe and enjoying themselves during their daycare or boarding time with us. We are an all day play facility... Your pups will be out of their rooms all day playing with their other guests staying with us, as well as our full staff. They only go up for bedtime and to eat their meals. Our daycare pups do not go up at all. Your furry friend may not want to leave this cool vacation destination!

How to get setup with us:

Click the "Client Portal" link in the top right corner, select 'new customer' and it will prompt you to fill out all the information we need. You may upload or email over a copy of your pup's shot records showing current on Bordetella, Distemper, and Rabies. If your pup is over 1 year old, they need to be spayed/neutered. The profile and shot records are required in order to accept any reservations. Once your profile is created, you may make your reservation through the portal with your drop off and pick up times/dates, at which point we can approve and accept them. The client portal needs to be created by owner not by household. For example, if your roommate/ family/ friend share a house with you... you will need a client portal account for each pup's actual owner. The discounts only apply per owner, not household. Only same owner's pups are allowed to share a room for boarding.
